What a view!
Tony’s place is such a gem! You literally could not be any closer to the river, so that of course brings with it all the fun things that live in the river—lots of cormorants, sea lions, and even osprey! The amazing view of the bridge is also worth mentioning. It’s nice and quiet and peaceful (except for the occasional sea lion bark, but they seem to stop after dark). It felt like a very safe place to spend the night, was easy to find, and pulling in or backing in to level spots was a breeze. Tony was a very nice and communicative host. Will definitely be coming back here for sure!

Great for a smaller camper!
The view is amazing. Location is great too. Amenities were fine. The bathroom needed a quick cleaning, but otherwise, no problem. Hours for the bathroom were 8am to 8pm. Could be an issue for some. Loved On the Rogue!

Great water views
This Hipcamp site is very small with only 3 sites but very peaceful. We heard seals and birds all morning. We were able to use the laundry machines and the shower had very hot water. Would definitely stay again.

GREAT STAY ON THE ROGUE!
Met Tony & Barb.. super folks (be sure to visit Tony’s saloon when in town too “Port Hole”) Set up for 3 RVs, but it was just us so extra cool. Pointed camper door toward Rogue River to wake up to that glorious sight 20 - 30 feet away. Super close (short drive) down to mighty Pacific Ocean too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay including our pup Indie Boo too. We’ll definitely plan to return for another visit! #yeehaw Razz, The Roaming Hillbilly

Quaint waterfront Campground!
We enjoyed our stay and this quaint waterfront spot! We loved watching the sunset on the rogue River and seeing the seals play on the water by the dock. We were pleasantly surprised with all of the amenities this campsite offered! The showers, washers and dryers, barbecue grill and common spaces are thoughtful additions, especially for nomads passing through! Tony was an awesome host, and we will definitely be back. Would highly recommend to anyone passing through the southern Oregon coast. Oh! And don't forget to grab some fresh seafood and Tony's restaurant across the river at the Porthole Cafe 🤤
